Bring every kayak rental company and dealer in America into one crew: one booking system, one referral network, one voice on the water.

Kayak Cartel is franchising America's paddle outfitters. Independent liveries, rental docks and dealers keep their own launches, guides and local knowledge. In return they join a national network where every member recommends every other member, every booking runs through a single system, and every social channel feeds the same story.

A paddler should be able to book any water in any state in one place. We are bringing the major kayak, canoe, paddle board and whitewater rafting companies behind the whole network as sponsors, so the gear, the training and the trips that reach paddlers are backed from the factory to the put-in.

How a booking moves through the crew

  1. Paddler searchesPicks a state, the water, and what they want to do: fish, tour, run whitewater, or just rent a board.
  2. Nearest dealer answersThe closest member with the right boats and open slots takes the booking.
  3. Crew covers the gapsIf that dealer is full or the trip is outside their water, the system routes it to the next member down the river.
  4. Story goes nationalThe trip photos land on the dealer's channels and the national feed, building the next booking.
